Gladesmore Community School is delighted to congratulate the Class of 2025 on their outstanding GCSE and BTEC results. We are equally proud of our early-entry students in Years 9 and 10, with over 100 students achieving top passes, an outstanding achievement that reflects the hard work of both our students and staff.

To help you prepare for the new academic year, please find attached below our Welcome Backpack.

As a reminder, the return-to-school dates and times are as follows:

• Wednesday 3rd September
  • Year 7 – 8:35am
  • Year 11 – 9:30am
• Thursday 4th September
  • All students – 8:35am

Printed copies of results will be issued at school from 9:30am to 11:00am in the Success Lounge. Access to the site will be from the Gladesmore Road (back gate) entrance. Please note that the main entrance on Crowland Road (front gate) will be closed.

Results can only be issued to students named on the results slip and not to any third party.

Lessons will begin for all students at 10:00 AM (Period 2).

We thank you for your patience and understanding during yesterday's unexpected power outage and early dismissal. We greatly appreciate your support and cooperation in helping us prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all our pupils.

This evening provides a valuable opportunity to meet with your child’s teachers, discuss their progress, and find out more about how you can support their learning journey.

Please note that due to the late finish, the school day on Friday 13th June will begin later than usual:

• 9:20 AM: Registration with form tutors
• 9:30 AM: Lesson 1 begins
