I am interested in booking one of the facilities at Gladesmore, what do I do?
Please visit our online booking site https://gladesmore.schoolhire.co.uk to send us a message if you have any queries. If you would like to go ahead and make a booking, please select a facility and the desired date. The availability is in real time an means you can see whether a particular facility is available or not. Your request is then sent to the school where it will be reviewed. Your credit card/debit card is only charged once the school accepts and confirms your booking.
How can I pay for my booking?
Payment can only be accepted online by credit card or debit card. Unfortunately we no longer accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.
How long will it take to find out whether a booking is confirmed?
Please allow up to 3 working days for your booking to be confirmed and accepted by the school. If you have chosen an extra service such as catering or a sound technician for your booking please allow up to 10 working days as additional arrangements are required.
What is the maximum number of people the School Hall can accommodate?
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to take bookings for more than 350 people.
What is the latest we can stay on the premises?
Due to licence restrictions and council policy, all bookings should finish no later than 10:30PM.
Can site staff help with setting up?
Due to insurance purposes, site staff are unable to assist with setting up tables, chairs or any other furniture.
Are there any block booking discounts available?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer any block booking discounts.
What about discounts for local groups or charities?
A discount may be applied to local groups or charity lettings, however this is at the discretion of the school.
