Supporting Younger Students
We understand that this situation can be challenging for all parents and children as they continue their learning at home, which is why we want to extend our support for students from Early Years up to Year 6. Many of our own staff are also parents and we know that the volume of information can be overwhelming.
These pages are designed to act as a bank of resources and a place to start when trying to find ways to occupy younger children.
In addition, we know that many of our students are responsible siblings who will be wanting to help their brothers and sisters with their studies. These pages are designed to support everyone as we stay home, save lives and protect the NHS.
Here you find a range of resources to help support you in doing so, including:
- Resource packs and useful websites to provide learning activities including music and PE,
- Play ideas and activities that you can try out at home,
- A selection of free e-books covering a variety of topics,
- Recommended schedule of live shows and streamed content through the week to help entertain your little ones.
