On Friday the 30th of June, Gladesmore Community School was joined by Kansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Washington Commanders defensive end Efe Obada and other NFL stars in delivering an NFL Experience like no other!

Gladesmore's partnership with HR Sports Academy, which aims to use sport to help young people overcome violence, discrimination and inequality, has allowed us to collaborate with a network of sporting institutions all over the globe. Through this partnership, we were able to provide an exciting opportunity for our KS3 students to experience coaching sessions from Professional American NFL players.

This was a very successful day for our Gladesmore pupils and the experience gave them a huge boost in admiration, motivation, and aspiration, with many stating they were much more interested in the sport and were keen to play more in the future!
