Lettings terms and charges

Discounts may be given for frequent bookings and for registered charities.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been accepted by the school. To secure your date, please book well in advance as bookings are processed on a first come first serve basis. All bookings can only be processed online. Payment is by credit or debit card only.
The charges do not include the use of any facilities other than those specified, e.g. the use of the Music Room does not imply the use of any instrument found within it, and the use of the Main Hall does not imply the use of any sporting equipment, musical instrument or any other equipment located therein. The rates for such extras are available on request for inclusion in bookings but any unauthorised use will result in the imposition of an excess charge. The school may be able to provide basic seating and tables, however it is the responsibility of the hirer to set these up themselves as assistance from the on duty site manager is not included due to insurance purposes.
The charges for the premises and facilities scheduled above do not include the use of the kitchen areas. Entry to kitchens is normally prohibited under Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations, although should a catering service be required a quotation can be provided. You must take the catering option even if you wish to use your own food or staff.
Due to the location of the school and licence restrictions, all bookings must not go beyond 10:30pm on any day.
Main Hall booking guidelines
- No working at height
- No tampering with fixtures and fittings (lights, curtains, etc)
- No stapling to any surface
- No use of tape or other fixers to painted or varnished surfaces
