Sponsorship and Partnership
We are currently seeking funding for a range of initiatives and interventions which will allow
us to maximise opportunities for our pupils. Such projects are outlined below for
Gladesmore Community School has a history of working with a range of commercial,
government and charitable organisations in order to better support the children. These
partners have always been impressed by our ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Since 2010, Gladesmore has been working together with Moody’s. The project initially
focused on supporting achievement in mathematics. Building on this success it has evolved
into wider support including the provision of additional tuition for pupils in GCSE
mathematics, science and computing and mentoring to enable our pupils to access
pathways to careers in technology, economics and finance.
Greater London Authority
In 2016, Gladesmore Community School won a bid to lead and develop the Stepping Stones
programme which is a package designed to support vulnerable young people as they
transfer to secondary school. Following the successful pilot of the project in 3 secondary
schools and the well-received delivery of an online toolkit, the GLA rolled out the Stepping
Stones project London-wide offering funding of £750,000 to schools who wished to
implement Stepping Stones in their schools. Gladesmore Community School remains
actively involved in the rollout of the project.
